Higher Education Solutions Internship
Paid Hourly Position
Hybrid (Remote with occasional in-person meetings as needed)
About the Role
This position will work alongside and support consultants and project managers on SaaS implementation and improvement projects.
This position provides hands-on exposure to system configuration, data management, and higher education business processes.
It is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in the intersection of education, technology, and organizational change.
What You'll Do

Assist consulting teams with system documentation, data validation, and configuration tracking.

Support system testing activities, including preparing test cases, reviewing results, and documenting outcomes.

Contribute to the development of training materials, process maps, and user guides.

Participate in client and internal project meetings, prepare summaries, and follow up on assigned tasks.

Research higher education best practices related to continuing education, admissions, financial aid, and academic management.

Help maintain internal tools, templates, and knowledge-libraries related to projects.

What We're Looking For

Enrollment in or recent completion of a Master’s or Doctorate’s in education, business, information systems, data analytics, or related field.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with project management or data tools is a plus.

Interest in student information systems, higher education administration, or enterprise software implementation.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
