
Slate Administrator

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Slate Administrator to join our team in a client-facing role that will work with a cross-functional team at community college in Montana to design, create architecture for, and implement a successful CRM strategy.
What You'll Do

Identify best practices and develop system implementation and project plans

Map, assess, analyze, and refine current processes and initiate change to streamline and make processes more efficient

Work with IT staff, departments, and functional teams to troubleshoot issues with workflow and data integration, system monitoring and data integrity checks; design optimal solutions and leverage vendor support and resources to advance college enrollment goals

Identify and lead projects which create systems that provide timely, accurate, and useful data, information, metrics and analysis to department areas, internal and external, to support data-driven decision-making

Collaborate and develop standard and custom reports, run reports and monitor/audit to ensure accuracy of data and reports, including compilation of key performance indicators within the system and the departments utilizing the CRM

Work with department(s) to design and implement new functionality

Identify the new business process and the impact on the department/end users

Coordinate testing of upgrades with IT, module managers and end users. Troubleshoot issues and potential bugs

Collaborate with users to understand current and future needs and to develop system enhancements / functionality; coordinate and maintain security profiles, access rights, and roles for all CRM users

Provide initial and ongoing training and support for staff users of the CRM system; assist in the development of training materials and user documentation.
What We're Looking For

Understanding of ERP systems (Elements or CAMs preferred) and CRM systems (Technolutions Slate preferred)

Ability to work effectively with all users, promote teamwork and communicate, verbally and in writing, technical and non-technical information to all college staff and vendor technical support staff

Ability to develop documentation related to technology systems

Broad knowledge and understanding of higher education recruitment, admissions, retention, student success, and other enrollment management processes and best practices

Collaborative mindset and creative approach to systems; thrive in a team environment

Experience with HTML preferred

Project management skills
