Mary Natale

Chief Operating Officer

Mary provides support in the areas of Delivery Services and Operations.

Mary has over 30+ years of extensive IT, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance & Audit and Regulatory experience and provides a unique perspective to Deer-Brooks Leadership team because of her previous experience with a multinational Global bank with a US subsidiary operating as the seventh-largest U.S. bank.

Mary earned her BSBA in Computer Information Systems from Suffolk University. She lives in Falmouth, Maine.


Arthur Ream


Arthur brings his extensive background in health care, application development, and audit to Deer Brook as it evaluates the effectiveness of its current service offerings and establishes its trajectory in the face of a rapidly changing regulatory and threat environment.

He is a regular speaker on the healthcare I.T. security front in various forums, conferences, and a professor in Information Process Management and Cybersecurity and Information Technology at Bentley University.

He holds a BS in Information Technology with a Minor in Business from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a MBA at Bentley University, Waltham, Massachusetts.  He is a Certified CMMC-RP Registered Practitioner. He is also an ISACA Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) and a Certified Scrum Master. He lives in Berwick Maine.

Chris St. Aubin

Vice President of Financial Services

Chris St. Aubin has 15 years of experience in banking in technology and security officer roles within community banks. He is a prior Information Technology auditor, and he currently carries a registered practitioner credential with the CMMC-AC for defense cybersecurity. Chris advocates for bankers with the InfraGard and serves both as a board member for the Maine InfraGard and as the New England Regional Financial Services Sector Chief.

Chris has a BS in Computer Information Systems from Hodges University. He lives in Beddington Maine (population 50).
