Portland, ME – October 1, 2025 – Deer Brook Consulting is pleased to announce that R.K. Richards has joined the firm as Managing Director of Deer Brook Dynamics. In this role, R.K. will lead practice management and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications, including Business Central, Finance, and the Power Platform suite (Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot AI). He will also shape the firm’s go-to-market strategy and solution offerings, guiding clients through the design and implementation of modern ERP and business application solutions that streamline operations, strengthen financial management, and unlock actionable insights from their data.

R.K. brings extensive experience as a Solutions Architect and Senior Implementation Consultant, having led large-scale ERP and financial system implementations for higher education, non-profit, K-12, and state and local government organizations. With a foundation in public accounting and financial management, combined with deep expertise in solution design and change management, he is uniquely positioned to help Deer Brook clients drive both operational efficiency and strategic transformation.
